Pixeloha Apps (Pixeloha, we, or us) designs websites, software, and connected tools. This policy explains how we handle information through pixeloha.com, our project-inquiry and scheduling services, and La Chica Life Money, our locally operated financial-planning application. Service-specific agreements or notices may provide additional details. This policy is effective October 26, 2026.
Information you provide
When you contact us or submit a project brief, we may receive your name, email, phone number, business details, project goals, budget, design preferences, links, and files you choose to provide. Scheduling a call may also involve booking details and communications.
In the financial-planning application, the authorized operator may enter income estimates, payment schedules, account names, balance adjustments, transfer plans, and notes. Do not put bank passwords, verification codes, or unnecessary sensitive information in free-text fields, project forms, or uploaded files.
Information from connected financial accounts
If you choose to connect an account, the application uses Plaid and the connected institution to retrieve the data supported by your authorization. This can include account and institution names, masked account identifiers, balances, transaction descriptions, amounts, dates, categories, and available credit-card or loan payment details.
Bank sign-in and permission steps occur through Plaid Link and the institution. Pixeloha does not ask you to enter a bank password into its project forms or application database. Plaid and the institution process information under their own notices and agreements. You can read Plaid's End User Privacy Policy at https://plaid.com/legal/#end-user-privacy-policy.
La Chica Life Money forecasts cash flow and reconciles expected income with available posted transactions. A planned transfer is a planning record; the application does not initiate a bank transfer or payment.
How we use information
We use inquiry and booking information to respond, assess and deliver requested services, manage engagements, schedule conversations, and maintain necessary business records. We use relevant technical information to operate services, protect them, and diagnose problems.
The financial application uses connected account data and entries to display balances, forecast upcoming cash needs by bank account, reconcile income, and support account maintenance and review. We do not sell or rent financial-account data and do not use it for advertising. We do not send the local financial database to the marketing website or its CRM.
Where information is stored and processed
The current financial application stores its retrieved records, settings, and local snapshots on the approved encrypted Mac. It communicates over HTTPS with Plaid to obtain authorized data. Browser-to-server communication on the same device requires HTTPS and application authentication. The local storage arrangement does not mean that Plaid or your institution processes no data.
Website inquiries and uploaded project assets are handled through our website and customer-management services, including GoHighLevel or Command Center. Our booking page embeds a scheduling service. Hosting and content-delivery providers process requests necessary to serve the website. Website fonts or embedded services may contact their own providers.
This local financial deployment is distinct from website inquiry and booking services. A new financial-data hosting arrangement or a material change in purpose will require an updated notice and any authorization required before that change.
Retention and deletion
We keep information for the purpose for which it was collected, an active engagement or authorized application use, or a specific legal or contractual obligation. Under our adopted retention schedule, inactive website inquiries generally expire 24 months after the last meaningful contact, and local financial backups have a maximum 90-day rolling retention. A documented hold or specific obligation may require a different period.
You may request deletion of information we control. Our operational target is to remove applicable active records within 30 calendar days after verifying the request, unless an applicable obligation or exception prevents it. Restricted backup copies may remain until their scheduled expiry and are not used for ordinary ongoing processing. Outstanding deletions are reapplied after a restore.
Disconnecting a bank stops the existing connection but does not automatically delete previously imported local records. The financial application provides account cleanup for local records. You may also use Plaid or institution controls to manage their connections and permissions; their separate retention practices are described by those providers.
Choices requests and contact
You can choose not to submit an inquiry, limit optional information, decline a financial connection, or withdraw a supported authorization. Some requested services or features may then be unavailable. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, obtain, or delete personal information, or raise a concern about its handling.
Contact Christopher La Chica, Founder and CEO, at cricket@pixeloha.com, or call (808) 900-4170. Pixeloha is based in Mililani, Hawaii. We verify requests proportionately and respond under applicable legal requirements. Do not email bank passwords, API secrets, verification codes, or full payment-card details.
Security children and changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including restricted access and approved encrypted storage for local financial records. Administrative security measures and provider controls have different scopes. No method of storage or transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure.
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly request personal information from them. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information that needs to be addressed.
We may update this policy as services or practices change. The published version will show its effective or revision date. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required for a material change.
